Please be aware that we monitor all our properties and will impose a fine of £2’000 should you break this rule.
No Drugs or illegal substances – Please do not bring these onto our property.
No Pets – While we understand how much we all love our furry companions, unfortunately this is not allowed, so please do not bring any pets onto the premises.
No Re-let/Sublet of Pluxa Stays Property – This may seem obvious, but it’s happened before so please be aware that this property is hired to you and your guests only!
For your own safety kindly do not light any candles or any other fires on the property. The internal heating and warm blankets should suffice.
Wet Items – Please do not hang or place any wet/damp articles of washing on or over any room heater as this is a potential fire hazard.
Kindly do not use the phone or fax line connected to the property. If you need to use these for any reason, please check with us first.
And finally, you are responsible for caring for the property and all of its contents. The property and all equipment, utensils, furniture, etc. is on lend for the duration of your stay and must be left clean and tidy at the time of your check out from the apartment or an extra cleaning fee may be incurred.
